Telecaller – Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential customers, provide information about services, handle inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, strong talking and convincing abilities, and a professional attitude while interacting with customers over calls. The role requires candidates to be punctual, target-oriented, and capable of handling conversations effectively. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain call records will be an added advantage.
