Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide practical and theoretical driving lessons to learners.
Teach safe driving techniques and road safety rules.
Assess learners' driving skills and provide constructive feedback.
Demonstrate proper vehicle operation, parking, and defensive driving techniques.
Ensure learners follow traffic rules and safe driving practices during training.
Maintain training schedules and learner progress records.
Inspect training vehicles before and after each session.
Report vehicle maintenance issues to the concerned department.
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all trainees.
Assist learners in preparing for driving license tests.
Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass (Intermediate/Graduation preferred).
Valid LMV Driving License is mandatory.
Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience.
Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
