Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Receive vehicles for body repair and assess customer concerns.

Inspect vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates.

Create job cards and coordinate with the body shop team.

Explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs to customers.

Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.

Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing, where applicable.

Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.

Deliver repaired vehicles and explain the work carried out.

Maintain accurate service records and customer documentation.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Requirements

Any Graduation is mandatory (Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical is an added advantage).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of automobile body repairs and insurance claims is an added advantage.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
