Job Summary

█████ █████ is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to █████ with prospective students, explain our educational services, and schedule counseling sessions. This role is ideal for freshers who have excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in █████ education industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and services.
• Explain █████ █████'s educational programs and counseling services.
• Schedule appointments for █████ counseling team.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
• Maintain and update lead details in █████ CRM system.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Meet daily call and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with █████ counseling team for smooth lead handover.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and █████ local language.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
