🚀 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior D365 Technical Developer to design, develop, integrate, deploy, and support █████ within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You'll work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, solution architects, and project teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical █████ that support operational and strategic objectives.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Solution Design

✅ Partner with functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure enhancement and integration requirements are fully defined and documented

✅ Assist in identifying and documenting data migration requirements

✅ Review business and functional requirements to assess technical feasibility and recommend solution approaches

✅ Collaborate with solution architects and project teams to evaluate gaps and define high-level and detailed technical designs

✅ Provide effort estimates for enhancements, integrations, and technical development activities

✅ Understand and support key system performance requirements

Development

✅ Independently design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports within D365 F&O

✅ Prepare detailed technical design documentation prior to development

✅ Follow established development standards, best practices, and quality expectations

✅ Support environment management, code migration, build processes, and deployment activities

✅ Contribute to go-live planning and technical deployment strategy

Testing, Deployment & Support

✅ Perform unit testing to ensure developed █████ meet quality standards before delivery

✅ Troubleshoot issues, execute application traces, and perform performance tuning as needed

✅ Support execution of deployment and go-live activities

✅ Provide post-go-live support to ensure system stability, issue resolution, and successful adoption of new processes

Leadership & Collaboration

✅ Lead or manage assigned technical workstreams

✅ Mentor junior team members and support team development

✅ Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented, and service-focused team environment

✅ Perform other related duties as needed

🎯 Required Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (equivalent relevant experience considered)

🔹 6+ years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including development, integrations, and deployment support

🔹 Experience working in project-based environments with direct interaction with business and functional stakeholders

🔹 Prior experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring junior resources preferred

🛠️ Technical Skills

Experience with three or more of the following:

X++ | .NET / C# | SSRS | RESTful API Web Services | SQL | JSON | Other Object-Oriented Programming Languages

Experience with one or more of the following:

Azure DevOps / Visual Studio / Lifecycle Services (LCS) setup and configuration for F&O | Azure DevOps Pipelines & Build/Release Processes | █████ Deployable Packages | Functional Knowledge of D365 F&O
