Engineering Recruiter – US Engineering Staffing

We are hiring experienced Engineering Recruiters to support US clients across Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Manufacturing, Electronics, Automotive, and Industrial Engineering.

Roles Supported:

Avionics, Electrical, Hardware, Mechanical, RF, Systems, Reliability, Quality, Logistics & Project Engineering.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen engineering candidates for US requirements.

Understand █████nical JDs and identify qualified candidates.

Use LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and other job portals for sourcing.

Validate █████nical skills, education, experience, location and work authorization.

Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews and follow-ups.

Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of US Engineering Recruitment experience.

Aerospace/Defense/Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.

Knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, Altium, ANSYS, ENOVIA, RF/5G, CAD/CAE, PLM, AS9100, FAA and other engineering standards is a plus.

Strong Boolean search, sourcing and screening skills.

Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
