Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Industrial Electrical Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training on industrial electrical systems, maintenance, safety, and automation concepts. The trainer will be responsible for developing trainees' technical skills and preparing them for industry requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on industrial electrical systems.
• Train students on electrical wiring, motor control circuits, control panels, and industrial safety practices.
• Provide hands-on training in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Explain electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of training equipment and laboratory tools.
• Guide trainees on industry standards, workplace safety, and employability skills.
• Update training content according to industry requirements and technological advancements.
• Support placement activities and career guidance for trainees.

Educational Qualification

• ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Tech or B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant industrial or training experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or electrical training.
• Knowledge of PLC, VFD, and automation systems.
• Certification in electrical safety or industrial automation is an added advantage.
