Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble EV battery modules and battery packs as per work instructions.

Perform cell loading, module assembly, busbar fitting, welding, and pack assembly.

Operate assembly equipment, torque tools, and testing machines safely.

Conduct visual inspections and quality checks during the assembly process.

Perform leak testing, insulation testing, and functional testing as per process requirements.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards.

Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines while handling lithium-ion batteries and electrical equipment.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Work effectively with the production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Production or related disciplines).

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.

Understanding of quality standards and safety procedures.

Ability to operate production equipment and tools.

Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.

Willingness to work in shifts.
