Position: Store Manager – Ice Cream & Bubble Tea Outlet

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the █████ outlet.

• Supervise, guide, and motivate all team members.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

• Monitor the preparation and quality of ice creams, bubble teas, sandwiches, waffles, snacks, and other food items.

• Ensure recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

• Manage opening and closing procedures of the store.

• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate shifts, attendance, and leave.

• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and outlet transactions.

• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements.

• Monitor wastage and control food and material costs.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and overall store presentation.

• Train new employees and ensure staff follow company procedures.

• Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, staff requirements, and operational issues.

• Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and report breakdowns promptly.

• Drive sales through excellent service, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

• Ensure the outlet operates smoothly and efficiently during peak hours.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership, communication, customer-handling, team-management, and problem-solving skills with experience in a café, ice cream store, QSR, restaurant, or food & beverage outlet.
